Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If customers receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or an unboxing video for verification.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product significantly different from description
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or regular wear and tear will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
Once the return request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
